Dr. Dave considers what should happen when the Internet remembers youthful mistakes forever and calls the right to be forgotten a possible statute of limitations for old data. He also asks where responsibility lies when people misuse a large network, argues that consumers can pressure major technology companies to protect privacy and refuses to pretend that a confusing net-neutrality debate has an easy answer. A short closing remark captures his buying philosophy: test important new technology early, but wait for prices to make sense before purchasing.
