A rewired control board delays the opening of the fifteenth anniversary giveaway show until Roger quickly finds the problem, after which Forrest Dr. Dave's son Lee joins Dr. Dave for a full interview about consumer video editing and DVD authoring. A dentist’s request for internal office messages leads Dr. Dave to begin with the work people are trying to accomplish rather than an expensive predetermined system, and he admits that Google had become one of his own everyday research tools after years of answering questions from memory. Evil Steve’s visit with Paul opens a personal account of how computer questions, Dr. Dave’s Mazda and long held carburetor theories became an enduring friendship. The show also looks back to John McCarthy and the beginnings of artificial intelligence, notes that Dr. Dave's son LT and Computer Talk were both turning fifteen, and argues that human decisions are as important to security as software tools.
